🛍️ MSTYLIX 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At MSTYLIX, we care about your happiness. If your order is not exactly what you expected, we’re here to help with our easy 7-day return and exchange policy.

✅ When You Can Return

You can return any item within 7 days after you receive it.
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you got it.
Tags and labels should still be attached.
Please keep your receipt or order number ready.

❌ Items You Can’t Return

Sale or clearance items.
Items damaged after delivery because of use or mishandling.

🔄 How to Return

Email us at returns@mstylix.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return delivery charges Rs. 200 will be deducted from your refund (unless we sent you the wrong or damaged item).

♻️ Exchange Policy

If we send you the wrong item or wrong size, we will exchange it for free.
If you want to change the size (your choice), you can request an exchange — no extra delivery charges.
To request an exchange, email us at returns@mstylix.com with your order number, reason, and the new size/item you need.
Exchanges are processed in 2–5 working days after we receive the item.

💰 Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–7 working days after we check the returned item.
Rs. 200 return charge applies only to returns, not exchanges.
